Come stay at a 3 bed 2 bath townhome right next to the beach with a short walk to 2nd street restaurants and shopping. Steps from the beach and a short bike ride to down town or convention center. Breathe in the beach air and enjoy the front yard entertaining space. Downstairs has a very open floor plan, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Upstairs has the spacious master suite with personal balcony. All bedrooms have a small walk in closet and smart TV. We had a few maintenance issues while there but chose to have them dealt with once we were gone. Kritzy is a responsive, friendly host, and it was lovely to meet her during checkout. When we accidentally locked ourselves out late at night, she didn’t hesitate to help us. Her husband even replaced the lock the next morning to prevent future issues. The home itself is beautiful, modern, and very cozy. Just as described - very close to the beach, in a lovely neighborhood. The place was comfortable and was perfect for my party of 5\.
