Modern House with Unparalleled Views

Getaway from the city within a city. Located within 15 minutes drive from DTLA, Mt Washington offers privacy and complete relaxation. You will find many hiking trails with incredible views of Downtown, ocean views on a good sunny day and lots of bird singing. The house was recently renovated and offers a modern and sophisticated look. With wide panoramic doors and french doors in bedrooms you can completely open the house for fresh air and have privacy at the same time.
The decor is sleek yet cozy with thoughtfully provided amenities. House has city views from both sides and sits on expansive lot surrounded with greenery. You will have plenty of outdoor space and sitting options for yourself.
The house consists of a main house with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and attached suite with a separate entrance (please see photos). The suite has a studio layout with small kitchen and full bathroom. It can be used as a separate sleeping space or as a separate office with kitchen and bathroom.
