This apt is across the street from the beach & bay, 2nd level front unit, a full balcony with a 180 degree view of the water and beach: Boating, Kayaking, Handball, Basketball, Swimming, Skating, Paddle boarding, or a walk/bike ride along the ocean path, all just steps from the front door. The unit is professionally designed by TILE DISTRICT to provide a memorable vacation or business oasis. Many restaurants and retail shops within a 3 min. walk, and our favorite, a Gondola ride at sunset. Price includes Long Beach Occupancy tax.
Bay Shore Ave is pleasantly open only to bikes, scooters and pedestrian use from 9-5 all summer. 1.5 Bathrooms

Great Location, views & condo!

The condo was great! It was clean and well-appointed. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect. It was a great place to come home to after a long day of exploring. Definitely recommend. Street parking wasn’t too bad either. We could find spots close by without issue every day.

Beautifully decorated & very clean! Gorgeous view from balcony; beach bar within steps; good location-restaurants/cafes nearby. Beach right across from unit with roped off swimming area! Beautiful View of the Bay

From the balcony you can drink your coffee and watch the sunrise. There is a large window giving you a beautiful view whether you want to be inside or outside. The place decor is modern and well put together. The host is quick to reply to messages. This is the first place that did not give me strict rules about cleaning the place before I left and charge fees cleaning.i would definitely recommend this place.

The property was exactly as advertised. We often sat on the balcony and enjoyed the view of the beach. The furniture was very comfortable and the location was close to 2nd street with all of the restaurants and shops. I highly recommended this property.

Location is everything

As advertised, an easy walk to restaurants, stores, beach. Also nearby were kayak rentals and a paddle through the canals is a must do. Very safe area, pleasant and helpful neighbors. Street parking was no problem. Owner was quick to respond to any questions. I'd definitely stay there again.

Location location location

Right across the street from the beach in a very desirable neighborhood. The view looks east to swanky Naples Island. The kitchen is well equipped and the bed and furniture are comfortable, though definitely from the “modern” design school. The street in front is busy. There is a garage, but it is small. Our compact SUV fit but a full sized (Ford Explorer) would not, and I doubt a new Camry would either. The sound insulation from the bedroom to another unit was poor and we were treated to the arguments another, rather loud couple was having that weekend. Overall, though, we were very satisfied.

A superb place in a great location

Belmont Shore is a wonderful neighborhood to stay in for a couple and this place is spacious, clean, easy to stay in and just a few blocks from a great street of shops and restaurants.

PERFECT location

This is a beautiful property, that is very comfortable. It is very clean and well equipped. Complete with an umbrella on the balcony. Nice to be able to have shade while enjoying our morning coffee, or mid afternoon cocktail. As mentioned, you won’t have to get back into your car to drive anywhere. Everything (including 2nd Street restaurants) are within walking distance. Glenn is an exceptional host. The check in/check out process is super easy. And he responded to a couple of my questions promptly. We were concerned about parking as the property is on a street that is closed (no parking) from 9 AM to 5 PM during the summer months. We got there right at 5:00 and had no problem unloading. (Then moved our car to the block behind the property and left it there during our stay.) I highly recommend this property. Thank you Glenn and Maria for allowing us to have such a wonderful trip.
