It's a duplex, so you can hear some noise next door. Communication was good. There are two garage parking spots head to head for compact cars. The unit is not in front, so quiet even though it’s located on a street that can be busy. Appliances are new, furnishings ate clean, comfortable and in great condition. The manager was thorough, detailed and timely with communication so you knew how to access the property and parking, and we were prompted with instructions as we needed them. The manager even checked in using the rental messaging app during our stay to make sure we didn’t have any questions. Good to know: The property is gated so you feel secure, but read and follow the directions. Parking on the property is doable, but easier if you have a compact car (we have a minivan and it worked, but it took some careful maneuvering). We were a party of four and everyone was satisfied. Beds are comfortable. Not enough towels in bathrooms or kitchen. Kitchen cookware was all very cheap. Simple fixes could be really nice, like a corkscrew. Oh and having a laundry machine w a toddler was amazing! All in all we were very happy and comfortable. I wouldn’t cook w those pots and pans :( though. No decaf k cups and only 4 regulars for a stay of a family for 4 nights 5 days. The internet went out and I run a business, area offered limited reception on my hotspot.
