Perfect for solo adventure, couples romantic getaway, business travel, or family \-2 blocks away from the beach, 15 minutes to LAX \-Walking distance to Hermosa Pier, restaurants and shops, grocery store, bank, salons, dry cleaning and public transportation \-Outdoor courtyard with flower garden to sit and enjoy a glass of wine \-Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube TV, HBO \-Dedicated work desk and high speed internet \-Street parking widely available and free, laundry on site This Studio is in a quiet triplex and very private. \-Newly renovated- features new countertops, cabinetry, bathroom, and Split AC \-Shared Laundry room is located on the left side of the house in the back by the alley \-Most Everything you need to prepare and enjoy a meal in the kitchen \-Plenty of natural light in every room, but blinds for sleeping in \-Great location. Lots of out door seating Guests have access to the studio, yard, laundry room and any amenities or appliances included. You can access the property from the walk street or from the alley on either side of the property. I am available by telephone or text. We’re about 2 blocks from the beach and less than a half a mile from the pier. It\`s a quiet, upscale beach neighborhood with lots of families and retired people. There are many multi-million dollar homes. The area is known to be home of many LA Kings players. Walking distance to tons of GREAT restaurants, bars, coffee shops and stores. North End Bar & Grill is a local favorite with incredible prices and food. Hermosa beach is known for Volleyball and the tournaments. Hangout at the famous Hermosa beach pier with great night life. Lot’s of good music. First night the door code did not work and they were unavailable/not answering so had to rent a dog friendly room at 9:30 at night for a sizeable fee. After about a week a stranger came into our room while we were sleeping because they were using the SAME CODE for both apartments. That poor gentleman almost got shot because of their error! It took almost 5 hours the next day for them to fix the lock.
