#### À deux pas de la plage, ok pour court sejour

Situé dans un quartier résidentiel à deux pas de la plage, cet établissement est une grande maison familiale avec 5 ou 6 chambres et de grands espaces communs (2 salons + 1 cuisine). On est complètement autonome dans cette maison, ce qui est un point positif. Le petit déjeuner n'est servi que jusqu'à 9h, l'offre disponible est comparable à un hotel (boissons chaudes, toast, fruits frais, œufs brouillés ..). Nous avons été un peu déçus car au moment de notre petit déjeuner, vers 8h45, l'hôte était en train de faire une sieste à 3 mètres de nous dans un fauteuil. La table n'avait pas été débarrassée des précédents cohabitants et personne n'était la pour nous réchauffer la poêle d'œufs brouilles qui etait sur la table depuis quelques heures.. La chambre était très propre, même si plutôt petite. De manière générale, je recommanderai cet établissement pour un court séjour d'une ou deux nuits.

#### B&B charmant et bien situé

Ce Bed & Breakfast est très bien. Nous avons passé 2 nuits et tout c'est très bien passé. Les petits déjeuners sont excellents et copieux. La maison est à 400m de la plage est les quartiers très tranquille. Un point négatif pas de climatisation et les 2 jours que nous avons passé il faisait chaud dans la chambre malgré un ventilateur de plafond.

#### Belle place près de la plage

Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour au beachrunner. L'endroit est tranquile et propre. Les propriétaires sont acueillant et on a senti qu'elles mettaient tout en oeuvre pour que l'on se sentent chez nous. On a eu la surprise d'avoir le wifi. La chambre Catalina est un peu petite mais ça nous à pas empêcher d'y passer du bon temps.

Excellent bed and breakfast! Beautiful house in a great location by Bixby Park. Host was very nice and accommodating and food was good! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful, quiet, property. Very cozy inside. Small rooms, but cozy and well done. We picked Laguna room because it had a bath. Hosts were very nice and polite. Breakfast was very good. Would stay again.

I stayed two nights and would stay again. It is a nice BnB; Pat is super friendly and helpful. Broadway is a fairly busy street, so it’s best to close windows at night for noise. But once I did that it was totally quiet enough. I stayed in mid October and was quite fine not having air conditioning. I’m not a big fan of Long Beach in general, but discovered 4th St on my last day which changed everything - very cool strip of independent shops and eateries. Lunch at El Barrio Cantina was outstanding.

#### Lovely friendly environment to stay. 

Pat was very pleasant and helpful during our stay. The room was comfortable - with a ceiling fan which we kept on at all times. This was fine for October - but I’m not sure if it would have been sufficient during July. Breakfast was nice and, since this is a small property, we always ate on our own - but the table was set for more guests. There wasn’t anything immediately handy - but within a reasonable walk. Things to know if you book here. Make a point of checking your room NAME on your booking. We met and tried to assist a couple who arrived the next night - who had the entry code for the property (which is the same for your room BTW). They didn’t know which room it was and the desk isn’t manned full time. However, Pat did come through after a few minutes and got them sorted. Parking was fine and the instructions they send you are clear to follow. The free parking and breakfast included - along with a good price was why we chose here over the chain hotels which were closer to the ‘action’ of Long Beach. We ended up driving to some of the places and parking - which I still think made this an around good choice. Room was quiet & TV had access to the usual streaming platforms - just remember to log out when you leave - unlike a previous guest who had our room.
