Welcome to our brand-new listing! As an experienced 5-star Superhost on Airbnb, you can book with confidence. Please note that partying and smoking are strictly prohibited throughout the entire property.

Our spacious single-family home comes with assigned parking spaces for your convenience. Recently remodeled, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom private home can accommodate up to 8 guests. We're dog-friendly too, so small pups are welcome for a fee of $150 per pet per stay.

Enjoy free use of our washer and dryer during your stay, and for families with babies, we have a crib available. We also have private carport parking, perfect for easy in-and-out access.

Our home is ideally located for foodies, with plenty of great Asian restaurants nearby. Plus, we're just a quick drive from downtown LA and have easy access to freeways. Walmart and Costco are also conveniently close by.

As a reminder, please be mindful of our neighbors and keep noise levels down after 10 PM. Thanks for considering our home for your LA vacation!

Great location, amenities and cleanliness issues
I will do my best to be fair and detailed with my feedback: Pros: Location - in the center of it all- Disney, Universal, LAX, beaches, Hollywood and downtown LA. Within an hour drive to all of it. Appliance and TV all work and were generally clean. Bathrooms were clean and showers were nice design. Cons: Says it sleeps 8 but there is not enough room for that. If designed for 8 people there should be 8 towels, 8 sets of dishes and silverware, etc. Kitchen- the ice maker that's listed was an open bag of ice on the freezer 🤔, no baking sheets, pans are pretty broken, silverware and utensils had encrusted food. Bathrooms- cleanliness of showers weren't good- hair and soap scum build up in corners and crevices. Hot water in showers doesn't get hot enough. Bedrooms- previous guests receipts and leftovers in closets, one very flat pillow per bedside, sheets and blankets had stains (very yuck). Ceiling lights falling and need repaired. The instructions provided for check in/out are unclear and outdated. I believe this host has either given up on quality control or has decided to make hosting as painless as possible. The cleaning quality is poor- sauce food stains on the ceiling, dusty surfaces, etc. I would say lower your expectations or rent elsewhere unfortunately. Property has a ton of potential but it doesn't deliver on the inside.

Good experience, felt safe and easy access to freeway and grocery stores.
We were told we had two parking spots, one was taken up with a couch so we only had one and the parking area was limited. Also, I would suggest having another small couch in living room for more seating options and a few area rugs to wipe shoes etc.

We stayed here to have a nice place in a quiet community. The house was very nice and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The owner responded to question within 5 minutes. Will stay here again!!!!!!
