Terrible experience.
This review is in the interactions with the owner and not on the property itself as we never actually got to stay in it. This was booked for the weekend and as we approached the check in time we didn't get the info from the owner on how to access the property. One we reached out to him he let us know he was having issues with the locks and needed some time to fix the issue which we were understanding of. Several hours went by and it was getting late when we reached out to him again and he let us know that the issue was still not fixed. He offered to switch us to a different property (that he said was comparable) however upon arriving to the other property it was not comparable and was not clean. We let the owner know about the issue and he told us to basically hold tight whole he tried to resolve the issue and at that point it was getting late. We told him since we couldn't access the property and it was getting late that we wanted to cancel so we could find a place to stay. He gave us a difficult time then finally agreed to refund us. The next day we had to reach out again since he still didn't process the refund and he would not honor this. We contacted customer service and the owner continued to give us a difficult time. A partial refund was finally process after several phone calls however we still haven't received a full refund for this booking. Very long story short It was a terrible experience and I do not recommend having to deal with this owner.
