"The frontdesk personal is indifferent at best. Be aware that Dunes building is basically 1* motel, not a 3* hotel. One of the worst stay I had in my life. The only bright spot was the Aqua Park (it is pretty amazing). My advice - NEVER GET THE NON-OCEAN VIEW ROOM. they can place you to a motel across ..."
