"We had a great stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bardstown. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and check-in was quick and easy. The room was comfortable, the bed was great, and everything felt fresh and modern. Breakfast had a good variety of options, and the dining area was kept clean. Parking was convenient, and the location made it easy to explore Bardstown and the nearby distilleries. Overall, it was an excellent value, and I would definitely stay here again."

"The Trail Hotel is not A hotel on the bourbon trail, it is THE hotel. Over the past 12 months, my husband and I have made several trips to bourbon country. We've stayed in historic hotels, boutique hotels, and chain hotels. The Trail Hotel is by far the hotel we've enjoyed the most. The facility has been completely rennovated and includes a nice pool, a huge hot tub, a well stocked bar, and fabulous on-site dining. It's conveniently located near many regional attractions. I plan to make The Trail Hotel a regular on future trips to the area."

"I think the breakfast bar could have been kept a little bit cleaner since there was a lot of kids.For whatever reason, this weekend at the facility. Overall everything was amazing. I don't believe though that the staff should be outside at the entrance.Smoking. p s you may want to change the sign on 245 to read ,Sparks by Hilton. The old one is still up that says Hampton. Inn, by Hilton.. that sign is very dirty and hard to read."

"No towels in room on arrival. When I went to desk to request towels I was told they couldn’t dry linens .Fire doors opened to stair wells no closed due to carpeting . Elevator inspection expired. Pool was not maintained: slime residue on pool. I had bathed grandson in antibacterial soap. Door to pool area was rusted, safety closure not functioning , propped open with a towel. Ants on multiple surfaces in our room . Required me to clean room with sanitizing wipes. Fire occurred Sunday morning in the laundry room requiring , evacuation. Smoke in hallway of second floor because the doors weren’t closed. Poorly staffed. I was in room 202."
