"Great getaway property. We checked in for two nights, and stayed in a building with kitchen/2 bedrooms, which was great for our needs. We spent time in the property relaxing at the beautiful pool, sauna, and had a fabulous dinner at Butterfield. Played some shuffleboard, pool and video games in their clubhouse - very laid back vibe and perfect for a couples weekend. Great food options off property in the area, and my partner was able to get in a quick nine-hole game of golf at a nearby...

"My friends and I rented this property for a long girls weekend to attend an event in the area. We liked the historical aspect of the property and Gary was an excellent host. His banana bread was amazing! We would definitely stay again. "

"The B&B was peaceful and quiet. Very helpful owner. Two cute outdoor cats greet you upon arrival.,
The breakfast could be a like more substantial. Minimal section some mini muffins, cereals and yogurt.
There are plenty of places in town to get a full breakfast. "
Best of both worlds! Amazing views plus an easy walk into town!
10/10 Excellent
"Lovely sunsets each night over the ridge from the big windows in the living room; the rail trail into town is behind the backyard allowing for ease of access, while the trees in summer provide privacy; the town has 3 legitimate vegan places to eat; and, of course, New Paltz is on the edge of dozens of beautiful hiking trails and carriage roads. The house was exceptionally clean; all the appliances worked well; a surplus of towels was appreciated; and all of the board games one would want to enjoy as the sun went down were available. The owners responded quickly and effectively and left us mercifully to ourselves, while making check in and check out easy."

"Had a wonderful time staying in this lovely home. Four bright bedrooms and three contemporary bathrooms. Comfortable and secluded nestled in the woods among natural habitats which you can enjoy from the large deck! Lots to do in the area including plentiful restaurants! Highly recommend and definitely would return again!"
"Beautiful clean apartment with comfortable furniture, parking, and easy access. Kitchen was well equiped. Use of the yard was a plus as well. Great location. "

"This property has a great location convenient to town and country. I loved the Victorian cottage style decor. I was slightly confused about access to trails; thinking it would be more direct (from a walking perspective)."
