"The woman who checked us in was excellent. Outlet broken; bedside lamp did not work. The parking lot is used to park big rigs at night. There was so much noise from the trucks and the nearby train that my partner and I were unable to sleep. We checked out at 3;30 am because of inability to sleep. When I called to inform them of the issue I was told I should have let them know and they could have moved us to another side of the property. Mattress cover had piping that made a ridge under the sheet about 1/2 inch high; very uncomfortable!"

"Room was clean. Had a slight musty smell. I bought an air freshener as I was there for four nights and it was fine. Staff was nice and helpful. It's very convenient. Walking distance to so many local places. One of the lights didn't work which made it a little dark in the room, but it wasn't a big issue. "
