While the home does sit directly on the lake bank, there is a drop off to the water. The home is 70’s dated but very clean. Had everything we needed. One upstairs shower was worrisome but still had hot water after 6 successive showers. Great nights chilling around their propane fire pit. Private back yard YET we had the amazing convenience of a fully stocked convenience store 200’ away. Ice cream shop a block away.
