"Beautiful property, cleanliness and the warmth of this home is above the standard. My family "7" kids from 4-15 and my wife loved the stay! And when we come back to West Virginia this will be our go too. Communication is above par. We had rain Thursday evening and friday but the back porch was absolutely perfect for the rain we all sat out and just connected and unwound. Would recommend to anyone... And we already recommended to other family that live out of state. "

"This little farmhouse provided all the charm and warmth needed for our weekend stay. We were in for a family wedding and loved this choice for something different! The linens, beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom provided cozy towels, soap and shampoo necessities. The farmhouse was historically old and but inviting. The absolute treat was the breakfasts provided each morning. We LOVED it! The homemade cinnamon and strawberry (from their farm!) muffins were delicious. We also enjoyed chatting with the other guests over breakfast. Highly recommend! "

"Great place to disconnect from stresses of everyday life and enjoy a relaxing lifesyle. Creeks to splash in, river to float, mud puddles to splash in and dirt roads to adventure down. Everyone was so welcoming from liz, bars/restaurants, to the locals. The road up started the adventure and set the tone for getting away from it all. Id call it a primitive setting, no bells, no whistles, but just what we needed. If i did need a bell or whistle, liz would have procided it quickly. Cant say enough good about her as a person and host. Cabin #2 has what you need, laundry, bathroom, ac/fan, stove/fridge and lots of lentils and split peas lol. Cant wait to return! And the dogs loved it too. "

From the beautiful craftsmanship of the cabin to the bedrooms with large windows and access to a deck overlooking the river, every detail added to the peaceful atmosphere.The neighborhood was quiet and serene. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was using the kayaks for a short trip from the bridge — it was the perfect way to take in the breathtaking mountain landscape.Our hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.-"
