Welcome to our charming seaside retreat, located in a beautifully modernised traditional stone building in the heart of East Looe. Just 30 seconds from the bustling harbour and a short 2 minute stroll to the sandy beach, this second-floor apartment is perfectly situated for a fun-filled family holiday.  
  
Step inside and you’ll find a bright, airy living space with two French doors that let in the fresh sea breeze and offer lovely glimpses of the ocean. The open-plan lounge and kitchen area is stylish and modern, featuring a leather sofa bed (sleeps 2), Sky TV, wireless internet, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops and the latest appliances—ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the coast.  
  
The apartment comfortably sleeps up to 6 people with one king-size double bedroom and a twin room, plus the sofa bed in the living area. The modern shower room is fully tiled with classic metro tiles, and electric heating ensures comfort year-round. Cornish slate flooring and whitewashed oak floors in the living areas and bedrooms give a clean, coastal feel—perfect for sandy feet fresh from the beach.  
  
All towels, bed linen, and bedding are included for your stay. We also welcome well-behaved dogs, so your four-legged friend doesn’t have to miss out on the fun.  
  
Looe is a traditional Cornish fishing town, full of charm and character. Spend the day on the beach soaking up the sun, paddling in the sea, or building sandcastles with the kids. The beach is perfect for swimming, bodyboarding, and enjoying the fresh sea air. After a fun-filled day, there’s nothing better than enjoying classic fish and chips by the harbour or trying one of the many handmade Cornish pasties from local shops.  
  
Looe offers plenty for families, with great spots for crabbing on the harbour wall and fishing trips available from local boats. The town is full of friendly pubs, cosy cafés, and great restaurants serving fresh, local seafood—often caught that very morning.  
  
Use Looe as your base to explore more of Cornwall—Polperro, Fowey, and other coastal gems are within easy reach by car or bus. Whether you're planning beach days, coastal walks, or day trips further afield, this apartment offers a perfect home base for your Cornish adventure.
