We stay at Motel 6 because we travel with pets and this chain is truly pet friendly...no extra costs.. All we are really looking for is a place to crash....after a long day on the road. Overall, it is one of the nicer Motel 6s we stay at. We love the private entrances. However, for the past few years (perhaps longer, but I cannot speak to that) most of the first floor units are rented toroad workers....so if you have mobility problems or have lots of stuff to unload..you may want to be...
