« Apartment was clean and as pictured. Check in instructions were easy to follow. Host kept us updated and answered questions timely. Indoor covered parking was great. Location was close to NU campus and easy walk to downtown. Kitchen had ample dishes and cooking essentials. And a bag of ground coffee and filters was greatly appreciated. Would definitely book again. »

« Very good location in Evanston and close to the train station and shops. Contact with the on-site team was very good, and they were responsive to my requests and helpful. The infrastructure is very pleasant. However, I regret that the 2 bedrooms had no windows, making them stuffy at night and difficult to ventilate. I also regret that the only windows in the apartment overlooked the garbage cans. What's more, there was a real lack of crockery in sufficient quantity (glasses, cups, cutlery, etc.)...
