The location in Evanston was close to our event venue in Chicago plus near downtown Evanston as well. It was also great to walk to Lake Michigan and nearby restaurants. "We stayed here during a relocation across the country. It was great tonhave space for our cats to decompress from our long drive(s). Close to great food, and easy access to the highway. If there was someone in the other half of the duplex we necer heard them. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The second floor flat was well lit with great space in the kitchen for cooking, nice place to eat overlooking the neighborhood, and a great place to sit and watch a movie or the game. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were nice. Overall, a great place to stay for a visit to the area. "
