« Easy access to apt. Great yard for dogs. Excellent communication with host. Upscale neighborhood with Cherry Creek State Park across the street. This is my second time staying there, and I hope to return and use the premises again next spring! »

« Overall I would stay here again. The place was clean, quiet and the listing is accurate. The only two things I would point out are the kitchen is very modestly stocked and we had problems with the dryer and it took the host a while to respond to my message. We like to cook when we travel and if you do the same you’ll find that there are things you won’t have that you need. All that said the place served us and we would stay there again. »

« Host is very communicative and check in/check out was straightforward and easy. Inside was very clean and well decorated.Parking was secure, but a little difficult to maneuver with the garbage bins. First couple days had some large pieces sticking out, then on trash day they were moved directly behind my vehicle instead of to the side. Had to move them back into place after it was picked up. Not a huge deal! But not ideal. Great fake turf area for the dogs. »

« Bath tub was dirty. We cleaned it out. Not going to lie but the neighborhood where the house was a sketch. Lots of debris laying around, camper trailers parked around it. »

« We spent 30min trying to get into the apartment only to find out that the code wasn't working. We contacted Atomic Stay for a new one which arrived within minutes. We had to contact them again to find the flatware that was located in a "hidden" drawer. The apartment is roomy for two people and has as was mentioned in other comments a very comfortable bed. But the apartment felt cold, no personal touch. No coasters for putting a cup on the glas table, no napkins, no tissues and a grand total of 3...

« Excellent all around! We stayed here for an extended family Christmas gathering in castle rock. We had 4 adults and 4 small kids The many bedrooms and walking access to a playground were perfect. Very close to great restaurants downtown and CLEAN! owners were very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend! »
