The upscale guest home is nestled near the Green Mountain and is just a few minutes to Golden downtown or 16 minutes to Denver downtown. Quiet neighborhood with access to many walking and bicycling trails and conveniently located nearby Red Rocks Park and Amphitheater, School of Mines, Colorado Mills Mall, coffee shops and restaurants. Seven minutes walk to Light Rail Station. The guest home is a newly build addition with all new appliances. It has it own private entrance, kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom, laundry room, and a dedicated parking space. It's an ideal location if you want to take the Light Rail to downtown, to Pepsi Center, to Coors Field, or to the airport. It's close to the mountain and with I-70 corridor nearby, the nearest ski resort is only about an hour away. We definitely found that with a seamless shuttle ride ride from a hotel 10 minutes away but we also found so much more. The property is immaculately maintained and both comfy and cozy. The bed was great. The location is close to great shopping and we were in downtown Denver after a 20 minute ride. This is simply a gem of a find and Sophia is wonderful.
