"Communication was far and in between sent several emails to try and get a 2hr earlier check in and never got a answer back. The lawn wasn’t mowed and all of the flower beds were in need of care alot of poison ivy in them and hanging in walk way. The boat dock was horrible spider and cobwebs everywhere and broken boards. The ac in the karaoke room didn’t cool well I called and was told it did. The house was nice and adequate on the inside."

"The trailer was nice and decorated well. The medicine cabinet was mounted way too high and the sheets were not cotton. I sweated in the sheets and they slipped off the bed easily. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable experience. I would stay there again. "

There were not locks on individual guest rooms and after booking the host disclosed that there was another guest who was staying an extra night so the bathroom would also have to be shared.
