12 bedrooms across two neighbouring houses, each set up with a 4K Smart TV, fast WiFi, smart heating/lights, fan, desk/chair, full-length mirror, hairdryer, towels, bed linen and USB-A/USB-C charging on both sides of the bed.

🍳 Kitchens
Both kitchens are private to your group and well stocked with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, crockery, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee and tea. Iron and portable ironing mat are available in the kitchens.

🚿 Bathrooms
Six bathrooms across the two houses: Bathroom A and B in each house, plus each Room 3 en-suite bathroom with bathtub. Strong hot-water pressure and Faith in Nature shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided.

🔑 Guest access
You have private access to both houses, all bedrooms, both kitchens, all six bathrooms and both patios. Self check-in is by personalised smart-lock/keypad code.
⏰ Check-in is guaranteed from 15:00. We message you as soon as the houses are ready, often earlier.
🧳 Luggage drop-off is guaranteed from 11:00 and may be possible earlier if you message us.
🧳 After check-out, luggage storage is usually available until 14:00 unless agreed otherwise.
🧺 Whole-house bookings may use the washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement laundry areas.

💬 Hosting style
We give guests space, with self check-in and clear digital instructions. Message us through Vrbo for normal questions; we reply as quickly as possible. Your personalised guidebook link is sent before arrival and includes controls for lights/heating plus house-specific details.

✅ Safety & peace of mind
Both houses have annual gas and electrical safety checks, interlinked mains-powered smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detection, fire extinguishers, fire blankets and first-aid kits. There is an exterior doorbell camera at the front entrance of each house only; there are no cameras inside either home.

🌡️ Historic house note
Each house has a Room 6 loft room that can feel warmer during rare London heatwaves; fans are provided. Central London is lively, so you may hear normal city sounds.
