If you are on a budget then Kings Paget Hotel has the advantage over some nearby chain hotels because parking is free (possibly limited numbers as the carpark was full during the lockdown and the hotel might not have been) compared to the nearest chain hotel which was a couple of pounds more expensive per night PLUS charged £5/night parking.
The downside is it a bit shabby but the staff were pleasant, room had a very hot radiator which was handy for drying wet clothes, there was a full size (and therefore rapid) kettle, the room was serviced each day and the dated shower was nice and hot.
I would have felt safer if the staff and other guests/residents had worn facemasks.
Very good staff . And very good service near the Heathrow airport London

Needs to be properly maintained
The room was unheated, the light fixing over the handbasin had the end plate exposing live wires laying on top of it unfixed. Light bulbs were missing. So maintenance is a serious issue to be addressed
Getting in on a rainy dark night we found it a little difficult to locate it because of the overgrown trees.
That said out reception was fab. The gentleman was courteous, friendly, welcoming and very professional.
The room was clean and warm and the bed very comfortable. We left early the next morning and would be prepared to stay there again.

The staff were fantastic especially the ladies responsible for breakfast and another lady at the reception.
However, the rooms need to be improved even though they are budget. The floors creaked loudly making it difficult to sleep atimes.

Room needs attention
Lovely staff,clean hotel with nice areas such as bar,reception etc however the room needed attention as the carpet was absolutely thread bare. Close for an airport pick up
Receptionist was very helpful and polite.
Rooms were spacious, clean and had everything you required.
No problem with parking and very close to all airports at LHR.
Will definitely be booking here again.

Basic no frills accommodation but clean and comfortable. Great for a quick overnight stay before the airport. Tea and coffee making in room which was great, along with nice toiletries. Net curtains really needed a wash. Neighbours smoking hanging out their window filled my room with smoke but there was a no smoking policy. No plug next to the bed, so if you have a CPAP not good. Good enough to stay again.

Good:
Great price. Nice furnishing and the bed was snug and comfortable. The ambience of the room was calm and soothing with a great source of natural light through the roof window embedded into the tall ceiling.
Bad:
The ventilation in the room wasn’t great resulting in an extremely hot night even after turning off the radiators.
The carpet was mildy dirty and some of the milk pots accompanying the tea and coffee were of questionable freshness.

Very expensive for that it offers.Very small room and old. Internet is not available in room. Doors squeak and slam when open and close. Walls are super thin and you hear all noises in other rooms and hall. Breakfast is good and you have some choises to made. Parking is in front of hotel but with video camera. Pillows are not fresh. Breakfast is english breakfast.
Friendly staff,easy to check in.
Although we booked a Triple Room, it had only been prepared for 2 Guests

It is a basic accommodation the room is ok but the walls are very thin I could clearly hear conversation in the next room so take earplugs if you are a light sleeper and need rest. I was comfortable enough and it served my purpose. The decor in my room was old and tired and the shower over bath had very low water pressure the sink had poor pressure on the hot water. The shower head also needed descaling. I would not rate this the best basic accommodation I have stayed in but it is also not the worst. Free WiFi but only in the reception area which was not convenient for me so didn't really use it in the end. Positives...The sheets were clean and the staff were very welcoming and friendly and the parking was free. No one however asked me for feedback or if my room was ok...and I would have preferred a choice as to whether my towels were replaced...eco friendly options or leave on floor for replacement and leave on rail if not? My towels were replaced daily whether I wanted them to be or not. Would I return here? Probably not.

My flight was 3 hours late due to technical difficulties. They would not honor my reservation by allowing me to arrive late or find a way to accommodate my late arrival.
I had a good sleep comfy bed , beautiful little garden , were u r aloud to smoke , so so pretty , twice I have been , definitely would go again , the receptionist was so friendly n helpful , overall great Thanks for making my stay great 💕💕💕💕

This hotel has nice rooms nice environment and convenient liocation and a nice eastern eurupean lady at reception
I was very disappointed that the owner promised me on 23 june after I checked in that I could store luggage for just a few days as I was returning to stay again at the place on July 2nd .I stayed 3 nights 23/6 night, 24/6 night & 2/7 night
When I was checking out -June,25 morning, I was told by an eastern european guy at reception a flat No to even a small bag being kept at the place
The flimsy excuse given was there was no place. I refuse to believe this as it is a large hotel . He was just being very unhelpful purposely
I even offered to pay for the service and I said the things in the bag are not so important just excess stuff and even if it got lost it would be no problem. Still he he said No.
I could have signed something to the effect that the hotel is not responsible for luggage stored in its premises but still I was not given the opportunity
Apparently the hotel mgmt does not know how to keep their guests happy .This is in the hospitality industry due to many competititors who do have luggage storeage facilities.This caused me great inconvenience. I am very annoyed - I had to drag two bags with lots of walking to do
It is important that one keeps one's word. If the hotel could not store my bag,,they could have told me in the beginning itself so I could have made other arrangements.
Friendly, helpful staff. The upgraded room was a bonus. The included breakfast was excellent. Close to Heathrow airport. Not difficult to get out of central London to stay overnight before flying out.
