I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I booked a room for my son and his friend to stay in. On the second day, the shower stopped working, and there was no one available to fix it. After his father in the United States contacted Expedia, the hotel offered them the option to use the shower in another room. However, the next day when they tried to take a shower again, they discovered that the access code to that other room had been changed. When they asked for another place to shower, the response from a staff member was, “Why do you need to shower again?” I believe that every guest should have a working bathroom in their own room and the basic right to take a shower without having to justify it to hotel staff. When we booked this hotel, there was no mention that the bathroom would be in another room or that showers would be limited. In the end, my son wasn’t able to shower because they refused to provide access to another bathroom. Toiletries were limited to a 3.5 oz bottle of body wash and shampoo, no hand soap. I would only recommend if you are looking for a room and nothing more. Once inside it was not loud at all with windows closed and ac on. The ac unit makes a buzzing sound when it switches on which can be slightly annoying. They are noisy with patrons on weeknights until well after midnight.
