As a stay over for our flight it was great. But in their casual restaurant 2 small bowls of soup and two glasses of wine came to 1/3rd of the room rate. Stay there, but take a sandwich.

Great staff, a little rough on the food service — it’s odd that nothing opens until 5pm or so, especially as the location is a bit isolated at terminal 4. Room service is available, but awkward. Food ordered was hot, prompt and expensive.

Very nice property convenient few minute walk from Heathrow. Plenty of elevators always at the ready. Safe and secure property. Your room key must be used to access elevator. Check in staff was lovely. Nice atmosphere. Smoking section far away from entrances with seating area. Would definitely stay here again Bwr

Nice hotel but it's an airport hotel and thus necessarily isolated. The paid airport shuttle was a bit much when the airport is right there. Especially at almost 7pounds.

I had a medical emergency during my stay and the staff of the hotel were helpful in getting me the care I needed and made sure the rest of my stay was comfortable. They called multiple times just to make sure I was ok and waived a service fee for the room service I had to use. I really appreciated their care.

The hotel was ok room ok. We arrived late so everything was closed so I can’t make any comment on other facilities. Room service for 2 glasses of wine £42 I thought that was outrageous!!

Nice staff; consistently professional and efficient. Very helpful in pointing out logistics. This hotel is connected to the Southside of the airport at Terminal 4; there is a Hoppa bus to take you to the other terminals, or you can walk into Term 4 (connected), go down stairs in T4 and take the train to the other terminals

No information on room service… I had to go down to reception to get a menu. TV remote didn’t work… I had to call for new batteries… but please check before guests arrive. No shampoo or body wash in the shower. No moistening lotion at the sink.

We booked the club room and we weren’t disappointed. Breakfast and service was excellent. And we had a really good nights sleep. The only negative was the actual checkin. We had to ask what time breakfast was served and the member of staff didn’t even ask for a swipe of a credit card so it was slightly embarrassing when we walked out the restaurant at dinner time! We never realised! Hence why the staff rating is just a 3*.

This hotel is perfect for traveling through Heathrow, it’s just a short walk from terminal 4 and has 24 hour room service if you’re arriving too late to make it for dinner at the restaurant. The breakfast buffet had a decent variety and staff was very professional. My room was spacious and clean, will be making this my go-to place to stay when traveling.

Only stay here is you are desperate. The hotel staff at reception are rude, they give you a different check in time to what Expedia says and they try and sign you up to a rewards program which “allows” you to check in “early”. The room I was in had a terrible cigarette smell and the restaurant charged exhorbinate prices. I would not recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express at the beginning of the trip (which was in the other half of the building). Staff was nicer/more helpful at Express, it was less expensive and Crown Plaza wasn’t significantly better in terms of rooms or amenities. Crown Plaza staff were snippy on the two occasions we had to interact with them.
