Tried calling when we arrived multiple times, no answer. Managed to email but they couldn't help us with a cot until next day and said that no one reads the section of the booking where we had requested a cot. Refused to refund the charge for additional person even though they didn't provide ANYTHING for the 'additional person' - no bed, towel or bed linen. Nowhere for our baby to sleep, had to purchase a cot ourselves. Wotif tried to ask for a refund but they refused because they had offered us a cot the next day which we said we didn't need because we had to purchase one anyway. Place wasn't very clean. They never answered the phone they claim is 24/7\. After 2 hours of trying to contact the property, had to move to another (more expensive) hotel.
