### 2 Bed in Paddington

A Bright and airy two bedroom flat (with sofa bed) located in Paddington.  
  
The apartment has two spacious bedrooms with UK sized double beds in each and a convertible sofa bed, accommodating up to 6 guests  
  
Please be advised our listing has x2 double beds set up as standard. Sofa bed set up available on request.  
Guest access  
We operate a self check in procedure, instructions will be sent prior to check in  
  
This flat is located on the fourth floor (4 above ground) with stair access (no elevator)  
  
The guest will have access to the whole apartment  
Other things to note  
Please be advised between 9th November - 10th February there is due to be scaffolding outside the building with roof repairs and external paintwork and repairs occuring.  
  
Visibility will be reduced and there will be period of noise between 8-5pm.  
  
The rates for these dates have been set accordingly
