Big thanks to Abee I think was the name :) ( sorry I don’t remember the name I know he’s from nigeria ) at the reception he was outstanding. He was attentive, very friendly, quick to assist, and displayed excellent customer service skills. He made the check-in process seamless and went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered. Truly impressed with his professionalism. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and unique hotel. Close to shopping, dining, and transportation. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here when we come to London again.

Aug. 27, 2018Scary for children and probably some adults. It had incredible sets and characters and started you off with a quick boat ride and then at the end of it all it ended with a big drop ride. Very interesting, intense, and worth going to see!!
