Escape the heat of the summer, or the cold of the winter in this beautifully remodeled golf course home on California's Central Coast.
This 3 bedroom 3 bath home has had a complete refresh! A country club classic, this beautiful atrium style home features a brand new kitchen with copper-wrapped shelves and bar top, new stainless appliances and everything you need for family dinners or entertaining.
Every bedroom includes an attached bathroom, including shower, and closets have been updated with shelves and hanging space for plenty of storage. Beds are tastefully furnished with quilts and down comforters for cool evenings.
The living room has vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows with beautiful golf course views. Plenty of seating on the large, comfy sofa and lounge style chairs.
Dine in the private and sunny atrium. Enjoy views of the golf course from the dining and living room, or the cozy patio under the oak trees. Enjoy the newly renovated backyard, including patio seating, a gas firepit and spa/hot tub.
Not a golfer? This home is the perfect location for wine tasting, heading to the beach, or for corporate stays, a quick 10 minutes to the gates of Vandenberg Space Force Base or Lompoc town center. Ideal for commute to Santa Maria (20 minutes) or Santa Barbara (45 minutes).

Perfection. Loved every minute.
– Host: Maureen is so, so nice. Quick Responses. Incredibly accommodating.
– Home: AMAZING! The style, the furniture, the décor, the comfort, the natural light, the plants, THE ATRIUM(!)... we loved everything.
– Amenities: The hosts considered EVERYTHING when it comes to supplying this second home. On day 1 of check-in, you have everything you need to comfortably survive (minus groceries). And there is a very helpful and descriptive welcome binder that explains all there is to know to get acquainted with a new place.
– Location: Located in the nicest neighborhood between Santa Maria and Lompoc. Perfect location for quick commutes to Vandenberg SFB. Great golf course views, to include many friendly deer that stop by to snack on the trees/grass. Very, very quiet and safe.
– Traveler: Stayed for 5 weeks. Would 100% stay again.
