"We had a wonderful stay celebrating a family member's 30th birthday. The house had everything we needed on a rainy weekend - cozy sofa, game room, well-equipped kitchen and incredible views. It is close enough to wineries and the cute towns of Los Olivos, Santa Ynez and Solvang while still feeling like you are out in the countryside. The beds were comfy and the entire house was spotless. Highly recommend!"

"We rented this property to celebrate mom's 80th birthday as she wanted to go to Solvang. Weather was not in our favor that weekend but we were able to stay in this home, light a fire, play games, drink wine and relax. It was perfect. The views of the mountains are beautiful. We were able to see them with a dusting of snow! The location of the home is perfect. Easy drive to all the local favorite spots."

I was a little nervous because at the time of booking it was a new listing with no reviews, but the owner and her son were extremely responsive to my questions and put my mind at ease. Everything went smoothly from an early check-in through check-out. "We loved this place! It was just a few miles out of Lompoc. There was a farm stand just next to house to get fresh fruit and vegetables as well as some other items. There were goats next door too. The backyard was beautiful. It was so very homey and comfortable! If I had any questions the property manager responded quickly. If we ever get back this way, I will definitely stay there!"

"This property was so lovely in every way. The perfect place for two friends with two small pups. Tons of privacy between the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms but super cozy and comfortable in between. The views were so pretty and although I do enjoy staying closer to downtown Solvang, the spaciousness was so appreciated and still close to everything. Loved it!!!"

Only negative is the only way into the house is via steps which were difficult with my bad knees (66 years old). Great view of Lompoc from living room."

"The location of this home in Nipomo was great. Short drive to many free beautiful attractions. The rental itself had anything and everything you would ever need. The kitchen is massive and had everything to prepare meals. The neighbors and their pets were very friendly. I would definitely book this home again."
