"The staff were genuinely welcoming and the vibe was relaxed and cozy with a bit of luxury! Note: I felt we got an excellent price for a beautiful, very clean, very comfy, well sized room (I think about $130ish per night) so I was truly OK to overlook 2 issues: We were on the 17th floor not far from the rooftop lounge and our door made an intermittantly loud knocking/settling noise- presumably due to air pressure when other people opened and closed the door to the rooftop. Also, the pool was completely out of service during our stay (peeking in, it would have been lovely to enjoy). So call ahead to get more clarity on these issues if they are deal breakers. Otherwise it's by far the best place I've stayed for the money within the past year or so!"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and updated. Very enjoyable stay overall. The only complaints would be the lobby area had no air circulating so it was hot and the prices on the items in the market were outrageous! 3 cold cut sandwiches, 4 cans of pop, and 4 small bags of chips was $75! Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. "
