This flat is meticulously prepared with all needs covered, including a free parking space in the same building. It offers all the services as if it were your own home. The area is very quiet and surrounded by green spaces. The property is located in Logroño, less than 1 km from the city’s historic centre (Calle Laurel). The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, and 1 parking space. The living room is very large and has a terrace. The kitchen is also spacious and has a terrace. The bedrooms are comfortable and accessible. The hallway bathroom has been newly renovated and features a shower. The other bathroom, which is en suite with the double bedroom, also has a shower. The furniture is newly acquired. The atmosphere is cosy and warm. The three bedrooms are very spacious and are arranged as follows: Bedroom with a double bed (150 cm) Bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm) Bedroom with 2 single beds 4 beds for 6 people in total. The sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable, with extendable seats that reach 110 cm x 200 cm. The flat is primarily designed for 6 people, but it can accommodate 7 with the sofa bed. An incomparable location in the city with views of the mountains and the spectacular co-cathedral 'La Redonda'. East-facing orientation. Plenty of light all day. Meticulously prepared with all needs well covered, including Wi-Fi, coffee makers, hairdryer, heating with individual thermostat, dishwasher, washing machine, and 1 parking space in the same building. A room with a large desk – a work area. Services within reach in the area: bars, supermarkets, and pharmacy on the same street. The area is very peaceful, and parking is easy. The walk to the centre is very pleasant (5-10 minutes). The stay is wonderful as the flat is very spacious. For tourist visits or information about events in the city, please contact the host.
