"Room was not equipped, we had to go ask for items normally in rooms (ice buckets, cups, hair dryer, ironing board, etc.). Maybe they have had issues with loosing items in the past. The room provided what we needed, a place to stay for the night on Route 66 trip."

"When I checked in the lady at the front desk was rude and not friendly at all. She complained a lot. The room was clean till I went to the bathroom, there poop on the toilet seat. The tv by the bed did not work, Breakfast was ok is was lukewarm, I got there when they opened it up. Then when I was to check out there was nobody at the front desk at all. I left at about 9:00am no body there at all. "

"Our room was full of dust which I am allergic. I informed the front desk that I was affected by it, so they sent a person to clean it. Did not offer a different room. Cleaning made the black dust all over the ceiling coming from the vents look better but didn’t help my reaction. The lady told me to take Benadryl! The entire time I was there I had to ask for shampoo and conditioner samples because the bottles in the bathroom was empty. I am very disappointed and this was a waste of money and time to me."
