"Staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the first room we were given on the ground floor had a dustbin outside the window near the reception area that people had used after smoking so we were unable to open the window because of the smell, however the manager was very helpful and gave us another room near the back of the hotel which was fine. The breakfast was OK but there wasnt much of a selection of bread. "

"The air-conditioning, for the 4 days, 3 nights I was staying, was not working. Granting that it was mostly cool days, it is just not right for the air-conditioning not to be wirking because the room was warm. I had to open the window all night. Still relatively warm. The inconvenience makes the price they charge not commensurate. It now seems over priced. But the staff were great most especially Robbie and Natalia. Breakfast was so good! "

"We arrived on motorbikes and were allowed to park right outside the door which was great. the room was good and staff were nice. Breakfast was good, The restaurant didnt open until 8.00 so I filled up with Tortilla from the bar. Prices very good. If you pay for breakfast in the evening keep your receipt, it will avoid misunderstanding in the morning."
