Kind and friendly staff

The manager got us set up with Safaris and river cruises for the three days we stayed, as well as a flight back to Lusaka. Also helped us find a wonderful man, who got us to and from our activities and town. He too was absolutely amazing. The receptionist/assistant manager and the rest of the staff were warm, welcoming and so helpful.

What an amazing stay in Livingstone! Silvia and Stanley made our stay easy and we felt very welcomed. Kamunjila is a little slice of paradise -- relaxing, low-key, and friendly. My friends and I hope to be back one day!

This hotel is located on an exclusive access point to entry to the national park adjacent to the Zambezi side of Victoria Falls. I enjoyed riding a bicycle provided gratis by the hotel along the private walkway and also strolled along the nature trail alongside the river. While the hotel design is very modern with a wonderful ambience, it consists of well appointed independently constructed townhouses not unlike the Jasper Park Lodge in Alberta, Canada or the Devi Dhara in Chiang Mai, Thailand,...

Such a beautiful property!! Well maintained. Staff goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Food was great, and the location was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay and felt very welcomed by the warm and gracious staff. Close to Victoria Falls and could be picked up by shuttle for every attraction we went to. Great layout and format.

This was our second time staying here and both times were great. The rooms were clean and the beds are comfortable. Great setup for the mosquito nets over the bed. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. They also have lots of little areas to sit and socialise or have some quite time. Very helpful booking des for various excursions. Highly recommend this place

We are a group of 6 booked 3 individual rooms. Because of previous customer reviews and reasonable room rates plus free airport pickup, we booked for 4 nights. Before our arrival, we emailed Gloria's b&b regarding airport pickup. Gloria promptly replied us that Alan will pickup us. Alan was waiting for us at the airport and drove us to the b&b. We were greeted by friendly staff and Gloria at check in. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. Gloria helped us to book sunset cruise and safari...

Great restaurant and bar on the Zambezi River. Good taxi recommendations

I travel for work and spend over 150 nights a year in hotels. I've been a Diamond Elite member with both Hilton Honors and Holiday Inn IHG every year since 2019. When I travel for vacations, I also always try to book Hiltons and Holiday Inns to be treated like a Diamond member. So when I saw there were no Hilton's or Holiday Inn's in Livingstone/Victoria Falls, I was a little worried about booking this hotel through Expedia. However, the level of service I received at New Fairmount Hotel and...

Staff were very helpful with booking transfers and activities. Lots to do in the area

Its such a beautiful resort with so much nature and scenic views

Wonderful property. Loved the welcome singing/dancing. Room was nice. Location couldn't be better. Food was reasonably priced and very good!

We enjoyed our stay at the Maramba River Lodge. We were here for two nights. The rooms and beds were comfortable and clean. The showers were great with excellent water pressure. We enjoyed the breakfasts each morning; the service was good and timely. We also had two dinners at the restaurant which were great as well.

The staff at the Mosi-O-Tunya Lodge are exceptional and provide an excellent quality of service. This property is a great deal at the price point. We enjoyed our room and the lovely breakfast service.
