Welcome to your serene yet expansive Valley View escape in Paradise Valley, Montana, located a mere 10 minutes from the town of Livingston.. This captivating mountain retreat with stunning mountain views makese an ideal gathering spot for families or groups of friends seeking tranquil privacy, Montana adventure and breathtaking scenery.  
  
Perched amidst some of the most picturesque landscapes imaginable in Paradise Valley, Montana, this property boasts unrivaled valley and mountain views that grace every window. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by authentic mid-century decor, a retreat perfected by a multi-generation family for decades. Expertly curated to blend comfort and style while paying homage to timeless design. Think Frank Lloyd Wright meets western cabin. The spacious living areas, both inside and outside, invite you to unwind and relax, all while soaking in the mesmerizing vistas.  
  
The home seamlessly accommodates your getaway needs and sleeps up to 8 with 3 large bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and modern amenities, all while seeming to be held in a by-gone era. All this ensures a comfortable stay for all guests. Marvel at the stunning sunrises with a warm cup of coffee in hand, or gather around the inviting spaces for an evening of laughter and stories. Early risers can enjoy a workout in the downstairs gym area with treadmill, bike and yoga mats (all with a view of course).   
  
At our Valley View Lodge, explore and admire the Foreset Service trailhead hike into the Absaroka WIlderness (less than 1 mile up the quiet road) or simply bask in the seclusion and peace offered by the property. Despite its solitude, the vibrant offerings of Livingston—its delightful eateries, charming shops, and local culture—are just a short drive away. Yellowstone National Park is a mere 40 minute drive. Chico Hot Springs is just down the road for a day trip to soak in natural waters. Emigrant and Livingston often have live music and dancing.

Downstairs - 2 bedrooms with king beds in each, shared full bathroom

OUTDOORS:   
Beautiful wrap around decks with furniture for naps and lounging, and a BBQ grill.   
Lower covered deck just off the basement area and workout area (great for outdoor yoga in the mornings)  
Large and maintained lawn for exploring, wildlife views and privacy. Great for the well behaved dog that won't chase the abundant wildlife.   
Ample parking.

GARBAGE:   
Due to the property being outside of city limits, guests must take their bagged garbage during their stay to the "Green Bin" which is 1 road over from the house. Details provided upon booking. We provide a locked and bear safe area to store your bagged garbage until you take it to the Green Bin Location.   
  
TRAVEL: The closest airport is Bozeman. The home is approximately 55 minutes from Bozeman. There are no ride-share options in the area. We recommend a car rental and there are shuttle services available with prior planning. The roads to the home are plowed in the winter for year-round access.
