« Great stay at this hotel. Very clean and brand new. Bed very comfortable. Great breakfast too. The only negative point is the constant noise in the bedroom. You cannot stop the AC at night and we're not used to it so it was a real bother for us. »

« Room directly next to the bar, literally could have put the bed in the bar and it would have made no difference. Don’t go there if you want ANY sleep. The last person didn’t leave the bar area until midnight so we weren’t able to get any sleep until then. There was also a radio on a lobby table right outside our door that would turn on automatically at 4am!! The room was very dirty. Tissues and old lost lipsticks and dirt all under the bed. « Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. »

« The rooms were clean, breakfast was excellent, staff was professional and parking was good. This is my second stay. I give it a five. »

« The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. »

« Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. The ceilings are high and the ceiling tiles are very unique. There are artistic touches in the entire unit which makes it quite cozy and fun. »
