"Several items were broken including the chandelier, tv, dishwasher, and a transition when coming into the room from tile to wood vinyl flooring. The partial view was accurate, and there were appropriate dishes to go with the kitchen portion of the suite."

"The that was good to me and my children, anything you need that they could provide they did. Kids had a ball in the water park, just feel they should be a closed in walkway to the other buildings water park. When it's really busy I think they should have two men replacing the water park towels. I feel the breakfast buffet needed some turkey bacon or turkey sausage for all those that don't eat pork daily."

Instead of a refund, I was offered nothing and me and my children were left with nowhere to sleep after a 7 hour drive there. Expedia nor the hotel were helpful. I spent 2 hours trying to resolve the issue but was told nothing could be done because the hotel kept hanging up on the Expedia agent. "
