The hotel was generally clean, and the suite was large and comfortable. However, the dark paint colors on the walls made the room feel a bit gloomy, and there was a slight humidity smell. The staff was friendly, and the location was great. The only negative point was that the sheets for the sofa bed had a strong unpleasant odor, as if they had not been changed for some time. Stayed at this hotel last year. It has aged 5+ years in just 1 year. The hotel looks amazing from the outside that is. Inside, hallway carpets have bulges everywhere, carpet installation required to stretch the bulges. Maintenance is lacking. Food felt like Groundhog Day… same thing every morning. There wasn’t even peanut butter! What??? Service was impeccable though. Area very safe and quiet. BW is a great hotel. Don’t shame it. Please maintain the inside as much as the outside.
