"Kiteville cancelled on us 2 hours before check in after a 7hr drive despite booking 2 months in advance AND getting 2 confirmation emails. They said it was due to a "booking error". "

"The room was not clean. The bathroom was dirty, and the room needed a deep cleaning. "

"Room smelled. We were lucky we had febreeze in the car! Left the bathroom exhaust fan on to help suck out the odor. Place needed some painting and lock looked like it had been broken off several times. There were also some shady characters hanging around. "

"Staff was friendly and easy to deal with. The bathroom vent fan in our room didn’t work and the shower drain backed up when showering. In the time it took to take 1 shower it ankle deep water. I reported it to the desk at checkout and they said they’d get it fixed. Driveway and parking lot were terrible with large very deep pot holes."
