« Everything was great as usual. I just wanted to let you know that the heating remote did not work well. We also could not find a local news/weather channel on TV. That might be nice to include instructions on how to find that, if possible. Thank you and we look forward to staying there again. »

« No bedside tables or lamps in bedrooms, which meant getting up in a pitch dark, unfamiliar room to use the restroom; no mirrors other than bathroom with poor lighting; batteries in tv controller dead with no replacements; no ice available when we arrived and wanted a cold drink. Disappointing after paying over 300. Also having to check out by 10 am meant we couldn’t relax before heading to the college for activities that did not begin until noon .
