"Upon check-in, the front desk was rude. As soon as my child found a cockroach at the swimming pool, we thought hard about having to leave. Packing up we realized the room itself was in terrible shape. Food stains on walls, dirty linens, pieces of food along walls. I wanted to try to make it work so I asked for a vacuum. I kept finding more disgusting things. Even the ice bucket and tray were coated in sticky goo. Microwave was unplugged. Found out it had a burnt smell inside. We left 2 hours later after thinking about it over dinner. Front desk man said Nisha the manager would refund in the morning. I called, expressed my concerns and she said because I “used” the room (mind you we didn’t sleep there) we couldn’t get a refund and hung up on me. When Hotels called, she claimed I trashed the room. "

"I really have to say it was a mistake to have booked this place; it should be inspected by some authority. Our stay was very bad. First, we arrived having already booked this place online, so we had no references. On the day of our visit, my children, my wife, and I entered our assigned room, turned on the light, and what was there was far from normal ,There were cement stains on the carpet. Well, I thought, maybe we'd continue with the remodeling, since my kids were already sleepy. Traveling with kids means traveling with food and snacks because they want everything. We were carrying all that since our stay was going to be a family weekend. Well, I wanted to put my things in the refrigerator. It was awful trying to use that refrigerator; it was all rusty and leaking water. Luckily, I had a cooler with me, so I had to put everything back. We went to sleep, and when we turned off the light, we noticed that the door had a huge gap around the frame, where a rat or any small animal could easily get in. But luckily, there weren't any animals. It was 11 pm, and we were half asleep. My room was filled with a strong smell of weed, and the people who had booked next door were having their smoking party, complete with a speake included ,We had to put a sheet around that exposed door frame to avoid the smell of weed and the noise ,really bad experience"

"Shower and cabinetry in the room looked like it needed cleaned. Breakfast was very poor. It went from 6-9;30. At 8:30 when we were there, they were out of almost everything except dry cereal, yogurt, a few muffins, and 3 apples. Little was done to bring out more food. Most people were standing around waiting for more, but ultimately left. All of that aside, it was quiet and the bed was comfortable."
