« We were attending a concert in Saginaw a needed a place to stay for one night. We looked at hotels then came across The Tanner Building apartment. It was perfect! I loved the idea of staying in a building that was built in 1867. Inside the apartment was exactly like the pictures we saw online. Very neat and clean. The kitchen and bathroom was well stocked and everything worked as it should. The location was great and very walkable to shops and restaurants. There is even a Pub right next door....

« The description of this property was at all accurate! The neighborhood is completely run down for blocks around and the property itself is completely unkept. Overgrown weeds and no curb appeal and landscaping, with zero privacy around the unit to enjoy the hot tub pictured. We did not get past the outside appearance to even stay once we saw everything that had padlocks on it and the building in disrepair. »
