The 1BR was an upgrade at no extra charge. There were some issues with the 1BR which I have already relayed to the manager and will hopefully be fixed before next guest. Location was on a busy street. I stayed on a Friday night so alot of car/motorcycle noise. Not properties fault- i didn't know the area. LR and DR furniture was very limited and not comfortable.
