"Front desk staff is very professional and kind. Parking is problematic as is the overall noise level of the hotel. Beautiful to look at, but rooms are loud from various mechanical sounds, guests and planes ( to be expected) On my very late return , they did not have my reservation; and they had no rooms. "

There was shower curtain hung over the window - partially falling off, the sheets were like sawdust, and we left not having used the room. Would not refund after only being in the hotel 10 mins. Expedia have been no help in assisting us, kept me on the phone after I explained the situation and then after waiting for 80 minutes, they inevitably cut me off. I may be done with Expedia."

"I arrived late as I was only staying because of a canceled flight. The staff were very friendly both on late arrival and an early departure. The room was terrible though. The cistern lid (toilet) was on the toilet seat when I got in the room. I put it back, but the flush was broken, so that wasn't great. The room was at 80 degrees so I went to change the AC unit, but all the buttons were broken off. I was able to change the temperature with some fiddling, but not great. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. In general the property is very tired and not maintained."
