« Nice house. Decorated nicely. It is an old place (thinking circa 1900), so going upstairs was a chore. The stairs are extremely narrow and steep. They did a nice job of making us feel welcome. The area is industrial, there were a lot of trains throughout the night. We did feel safe staying there. It is in a great location when it comes to exploring Cleveland. Very close to everything. All in all, we had a good stay. »

« Great place to stay for seeing the surrounding area or if you’re in town for some reason. I personally couldn’t get ahold of anyone to talk with during the stay, which put us on a time crunch that we could’ve avoided. Other than that issue the place was clean and tended to the needs we had at the same rate of a hotel but more room to ourselves and less hassle. I’d give a 5 star if I were able to easily communicate with someone involving any concerns or issues we have. »

« We had a great time staying, it was very convenient to everywhere we wanted to visit while in Cleveland. Super private with the Carriage House being at the back of the property. I was able to take my older Shih-tzu out for walks in the garden area and on the sidewalk without much traffic. Very clean, bigger bathrooms and overall a great historic place to stay. »

« Thank you so much for having us. The house was easy to get to from the airport. The code worked. I would’ve preferred the check-in code like a week before, but that’s just because I’m weird. It’s not like a bad thing. We got at the day of check-in, which is probably standard procedure. I think we were one of the first guests there. Everything was lovely. I got in late. There was snacks on arrival and coffee. We really appreciated that we had everything we needed. The TVs worked perfectly. The...
