Also we weren’t informed notice of the location up the hill until a few days before our trip date and by then it was too late to cancel. Furthermore if you choose this property be prepared for a winding road up the hill. Overall a pleasant experience at the property itself with spectacular views."

"This is a beautiful guest house tucked away along the South Fork of the Kaweah River. It's lovely hearing the river, which is just a short walk away. We had everything we needed for our few days visiting Sequoia National Park, with a comfortable bed, well-outfitted kitchen, and cushioned patio furniture to relax outside and listen to the river. "We had a good stay, the view is by far the best feature, loved waking up and having breakfast in the porch looking at the mountains around us. Cabin is comfortable, bed might be a bit too noisy for a light sleeper, but reason for not giving 5 stars is that we found several pans/pots very dirty. I do appreciate they gave us a brand new sponge (not everyone does that). Host was responsive and accommodating even with a very late check-in time!"
