A quick drive to the freeway, various shopping centers, and the gorgeous downtown area. Kaweah Delta Hospital is less than 3 miles away and Sequoia National Park is less than 40 miles away. The space This gem has been recently updated for your enjoyment! Appreciate the open living spaces on the main floor! Comfy sofa in the living room that converts into a sofa bed for additional sleeping space. The fully equipped kitchen offers all of the necessities, including a microwave, fridge, stove, toaster, coffee maker, and all necessary cooking/eating utensils and equipment. Upstairs in the loft, you have a designated workspace with a desk and a private balcony to enjoy the sun or evening breeze. Two bedrooms and a bathroom with a large step-in shower, equipped with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Guest access Guests can access the entire home and backyard. There is another Airbnb space on the property that does not interfere with the space but does share a wall, laundry area, and backyard. Other things to note There are two units on the property. The home shares the backyard, a wall, and a laundry area with the other Airbnb.
