« Literie de bonne qualité, personnel courtois, déco simple et moderne, propre,... Choisi pour son tarif bon marché et sa proximité de l'aéroport, hélas il n''y avait pas de navette comme mentionnée dans l'annonce, trop loin pour effectuer cette distance à pied et aucune restauration sur place pour manger le soir... Nous avons dû prendre un Uber pour y venir et en partir, ainsi que nous faire livrer à manger, ce qui a vite fait monter la facture. Donc si vous êtes véhiculé allez y les yeux fermés....

« Very nice hotel to stay in Tunbridge Wells. Close enough to the centre so that you don't need your car. The hotel and our room were very clean. There is a public car park very close to the hotel so it's easy to park even though you can't really do do at the hotel. »

« Descendu dans cet hôtel pour la nuit avant de prendre le ferry le lendemain matin, nous avons passé une très mauvaise nuit. Points forts : ultra proximité du ferry, personnel très sympathique. Points faibles : chambre très sale ( nous nous sommes même demandé si la chambre avait été faite), sanitaire couvert de cheveux et poils, draps du lit tachés, moquette jamais aspirée vu l'état dans lequel elle est. Hôtel très bruyant, et forte odeur de canabis dès que vous ouvrez la porte le chambre. Un...

"Disappointing ! It’s Winter and the heating was switched off in our room. We switched on, set at 24 degrees and went out. 2 hours later, Little effect - hotel staff « changed the central setting « and said it would warm up soon. No it did not. And next morning it was off again. Second complaint to check out. Apologies but no thought of a gesture to show sincerity Really disapponted as am a regular traveller to Brighton - I’m sure the hotel is great if you have heat / in the summer"
