"We loved the location on this property. The staff was awesome. The pool and hot tub were great. My daughter loved the gummy worms. The breakfast was a typical free breakfast. Could've used some muffin options. My only complaint is the luggage carrier wracks are terrible. But definitely doesnt change the great experience we had. "

"The roll in shower in our room spilled water all over the bathroom and it spilled out into the bedroom too. The shower seat was coming unscrewed from the wall. Sarah at the front desk was super kind and helpful. The golf cart was parked blocking the wheelchair ramp to get into breakfast. The next day she made sure that it was parked appropriately. The swimming pool is only accessible by steps. It would be very easy to build a ramp "

"During our stay at multiple hotels during our long trip this was the nicest hotel we stayed at. I loved the bed. The only thing I would suggest to improve would be the breakfast. There was a decent selection but the taste wasn't good at all."

"The staff is amazing. Everyone is always so nice and welcoming. the rooms are extremely clean and I always feel so relaxed. My daughter is at Missouri State so we come to Springfield quite often. I will always stay here as the staff and rooms can't be beat and the prices are very fair and affordable which means alot when you have to pay college tuition!"
