« Really nice hotel at an amazing price. Entrance and rooms are well kept. Breakfast was hot and fully stocked. Nice comfortable place to enjoy breakfast. Our room was clean and I love the wood floors as opposed to carpet. My only suggestion would be to remind house keeping that even if the floors look clean, they need to sweep/vacuum. When I arrived there was some type of grit/crumbs next to one side of the bed. I still give this hotel 5 stars. Shout out for Jennifer who worked the front desk...

« Motel loin du centre de Chicago dans un quartier tranquille (aucune crainte le soir pour se promener) mais arrêt bus juste devant qui vous amène au pied de la station de métro ( env. 30 mn de trajet jusqu a Chicago). Grande chambre , très propre , changement des draps et des serviettes de bain tous les jours. Petit dejeuner restreint mais permet de ne pas partir le ventre vide ( thé, café, jus d Orange , muffin , muesli , viennoiseries ). Personnel discret mais à votre service . Aucun problème...

"Bon établissement. En revanche la réception facture le parking (23$) sans même s’assurer que vous êtes bien allé au parking et sans prévenir que ce service coûte 23$. De plus, nous avons essayé de joindre l’hôtel à plusieurs reprises avant d’arriver, et nous avons constamment été mis en attente pendant plus d’une dizaine de minutes à chaque fois. Le service n’est pas au rendez-vous dans cet hôtel. Déçu …"

"Rien à redire, sinon que la chambre était nickel et le petit déjeuner excellent et complet. La proximité de la station de métro blue line est un gros plus pour aller visiter Chicago sans prendre la voiture. Par contre, je ne comprends pas qu'il faille payer le parking, l'hôtel ne se trouvant pas en ville !!!"
